How We Handle Leads, Data, and Partners

These terms explain what Negatron Solutions does with customer data, how leads are qualified before dispatch, and what standards apply to every company in our network.

/ Lead Verification System

Qualified before dispatch, not after

Every customer submission is reviewed against location, system type, electricity usage, and stated budget before it is routed to any partner. Incomplete or inconsistent submissions are held for clarification, not forwarded.

Negatron Solutions guarantees the quality of the matching attempt — that the lead sent to a partner is real, relevant, and filtered to their service area. We do not guarantee that every lead results in a signed contract.

Partners receive only leads that match their registered service locations and system capabilities. No lead is broadcast to all partners simultaneously.

/ Data Privacy

Your data enables one match, nothing else

Customer information — name, contact details, location, electricity usage, and system preferences — is collected for the sole purpose of identifying a suitable verified partner. It is not stored for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared beyond the single matched company.

Partner application data is used to assess eligibility and, upon approval, to display company details in our verified network. Rejected applicants' data is not retained beyond 90 days.

Neither customers nor partners will receive unsolicited promotional communication from Negatron Solutions as a result of submitting their details through this platform.

/ Partner Conduct Rules

Network access is earned and maintained

Companies are admitted to the network only after a documented review of credentials, service history, and geographic coverage. Admission is not automatic and is not transferable to affiliated entities.

Partners who receive a qualified lead are expected to respond within the stated response window and to represent their services accurately to the customer. Misrepresentation, non-response patterns, or verified complaints trigger a quality review.

Companies that fail a quality review are suspended from active matching pending remediation. Repeated failures result in permanent removal. The network does not list companies to fill a directory — it lists companies that maintain standards.
